Shared Resources workflow

1. Create the binder
2. Create slides/upload slides
3. Create the shared slide (outside of the binder and "yes" in shared resources)
4. Add Related shared resource for each slide
5. Publish to PF1 (sandbox) and test
6. Approve shared resource slide first
7. Start CLM Content Approval

For any new version upload/"Create draft", follow below steps:

1. Create a draft on the binder
2. Create a draft on any of the slide in the binder
3. Create a draft on the shared slide
4. Make the required changes on the shared resource
5. Add Related shared resource for each slide
6. Publish to PF1 (sandbox) and test
7. Approve shared resource slide first
8. Start CLM Content Approval
