Usage of SPCs (RCMs)
Bellow find the direct links to the SPCs (pt: RCMs) used in Lilly Promotional Materials.
It was decided by the Portuguese BU that all promotional materials should include a link to the SPC, save for promotional non-brand emails. If a branded email design template doesn't include a direct link to the SPC, check it with the account.
Updating the direct links
To keep an updated reference for all the SPCs, the links should not change and instead the file should be updated in SFMC (SalesForce Marketing Cloud).
To update the RCM:
- Log in to SFMC and access the content builder section.
- On the sidebar you should find a file explorer containing several folders. Access the RCMs folder and click on the PDF to update.
- On the top right corner you should find an action button. Select the replace option.
- Drag and drop the new file or click browse and select from the system file explorer.
- Click upload and publish.
WARNING
There was a bug in SFMC that prevented the success message from appearing. If that happens, leave it for a few minutes, come back and refresh. Check if the file was updated successfully by inspecting it manually. In most cases it will have worked.
